The Project Features at a Glance:
Aleppo city was a besieged area for more than 3 years. Its main water source coming from Euphrates River at 90 Km. east of the city was heavily damaged.
Aleppo Water Board drilled a group of emergency deep wells in order to use the unexploited underground water so as to secure the minimum water requirement to the city population including the IDPs.
The project included equipping five of these wells with submersible pumps and generators and also solar energy panels and 5 RO units of capacities that vary between 4-7.5 m3/h.
